1. Subscription Plans

All subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed period (annually, depending on your choice) and do not automatically renew.

When your subscription period ends, it is your responsibility to manually renew your plan if you wish to continue using Busy Kids.

2. Renewal Policy

• Your subscription will not renew automatically.
• You will receive renewal reminders via email or in-app notifications before your plan expires.
• If you do not renew, your access to premium features will end when your current subscription period expires.

3. Cancellation Policy

Because plans do not auto-renew, no cancellation is required. You may simply allow your subscription to expire.

If you wish to stop receiving renewal reminders or remove your account entirely, you can do so via your account settings or by contacting support.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases made on Busy Kids are final and non-refundable, including:

• Partial use of a subscription
• Accidental purchases
• Unused access after the subscription starts
• Choosing not to renew

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued.

5. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. However, if you believe a billing error occurred (e.g., duplicate charge), contact us within 7 days and we’ll investigate the issue.
